PROJECT OVERVIEW

The refurbishment and interior supply of the landmark Grand Mir Hotel in Tashkent stands as a flagship turnkey project in our luxury hospitality portfolio. Coordinated as an integrated renovation, every element — from detailed space reconfiguration to final textile sourcing and decorative joinery — was delivered to meet the highest 5-star brand requirements.

Our contract supply and construction management teams oversaw the fit-out of the grand ballroom, main double-height reception lobby, fine dining areas, and executive guest suites. To establish a sense of modern prestige, the design incorporates customized brushed-brass accents, premium local stone flooring, custom-weave carpeting, and commercial-grade acoustic wall panels.

Throughout the construction phase, strict attention was paid to international hospitality safety, acoustic isolation, and energy-efficient lighting grids. The completed hotel represents a premium hospitality asset, combining classic luxury with robust, commercial-grade materials, delivering long-term aesthetic and structural durability.
